ENTEGRA® has announced the latest winner of its company-wide Quality, Health, Safety and Education (QHSE) Award. Superintendent Alex Walker took home the honors, along with a new Ninja Foodi air fryer, for his efforts supporting ENTEGRA’s ongoing QHSE initiatives.
Alex began working with ENTEGRA in 2019 as a Field Technician Trainee and progressed quickly to ILI Superintendent. It’s been steady growth, ever since, as part of our field operations team.
Each month, team members from around the globe submit suggestions, undergo continuing safety education, provide product and process insights/suggestions and generally work to support ENTEGRA’s company culture of quality and safety. Participants from all ENTEGRA offices work on specific QHSE goals, with his or her name being submitted based on their contributions into a drawing for gift cards, prizes, and other perks.
The people behind the technology are the real difference-maker for ENTEGRA and its UHR ILI System that combines innovative technology with human-based initiative, insight, and decision making. Alex’s accomplishments are just the beginning of the ENTEGRA success story.
