The Entegra team continues to grow! We are proud to welcome Jon Pratt to our team of exceedingly qualified Account Managers and ILI experts.
With nearly forty years of experience in data analysis for pigging companies, Pratt comes to Entegra from Baker Hughes, where he served as the European Data Analysis Manager for more than a decade. Pratt was one of two analysts in the UK Analysis Department when he started at Baker Hughes in 2008. Once he advanced to the Eastern Hemisphere Analysis Manager, he built his team to include seven people. Prior to joining Baker Hughes, Pratt was Department Supervisor at Tuboscope.
“There’s no doubt Jon’s experience is impressive,” Entegra President, Mark Olson remarked. “He has a passion for pipeline inspection and customer service, making him a very natural fit for our company culture. Not only increasing our bench strength in the Data Analysis department, Jon will be taking on an Account Management / Sales role for us in Europe.”
Pratt was originally drawn to the pipeline industry by the opportunity to visit and interact with teams in different countries. “The amazing people and the exciting travel are two things I truly love about my job,” he explained. That love for developing connections is the foundation of Pratt’s exceptional relationships with customers and colleagues in the ILI industry.
“I am as passionate about this industry today, as the day I started. I am all about service and fundamentally believe what we do saves lives, protects the environment, and saves our clients a bunch of money. I still get a thrill looking at data and meeting new people. Long may that continue,” said Pratt.
Joining the Entegra team was an easy choice for Pratt. His long-term working relationships with Entegra’s engineering team helped open the door. “I had been crossing my fingers, hoping the opportunity would come my way to work with old friends and colleagues whom I respect immensely,” said Pratt.
Pratt also cites the Entegra pipeline inspection tools as a reason he joined the team. “The history behind the technology is what drew me to Entegra,” Pratt shared. “I am very familiar with Entegra’s inspection tools. They have a great reputation, and the Entegra ILI tools are an upgrade to all the tools that have come before.”
Based in the U.K., Pratt represents an opportunity to lay the foundation and groundwork for broadening the work of Entegra into Europe. “Jon brings credibility in a region of the world we aren’t yet as well known. Everything came together when Jon became available. We jumped at the chance to add him to our team,” Olson concluded.
