ENTEGRA announces the promotion of our North American Business Development Manager James Lavender to the role of Global Director of Sales this week. Lavender, a former sales team manager who is based out of ENTEGRA’s Houston Operations Office, begins his new position immediately.

Mark Olson, President of ENTEGRA, said, “James has been one of our highest-performing team members since his first days with the company, and uses his deep knowledge of the in-line-inspection industry to always put customers first. His promotion will be key to our continued growth.”

Lavender has been in oil and gas for more than 20 years, with 75% of that time spent in inline inspection technologies. He sees the whole picture of the ILI business through his experience in business development, marketing, and management. His approach to cooperation and ethically-driven solutions makes him a partner with many operators that rely on deliverables and trust.

ENTEGRA’s goal is to be problem-solvers, James says: “We are not meeting with clients to tell them who we are, we meet with them to see what they need and how we can help.”

Lavender has a BA in Marketing from the University of Houston, and his dedication and curiosity for knowledge has led him to complete many additional trainings and certifications. He is married and has two children with whom he loves to spend time fishing, hunting, and skiing in the winter.
